- Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be open on Sunday, June 15 from 2:00–7:00 PM, and reopen on Monday, June 16 at 7:00 AM. The desk is located on Level 4 of the Fontainebleau conference area. To avoid lines, we recommend checking in on Sunday if possible.
- Summit Sessions
Summit sessions begin Monday morning in Level 4, Capri 8 & 9 meeting rooms. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 AM, followed by the first agenda session at 9:00 AM.
- Hexagon LIVE Global Information
While the Hexagon events team public site contains the broader Hexagon LIVE agenda, please note that our exclusive Multivista Summit sessions and evening events are not listed there. The agenda linked above on this page is the most accurate and complete schedule for Multivista Summit attendees.
- Hexagon LIVE App
We highly recommend downloading the Hexagon LIVE App. Your Multivista Summit sessions and social events have been preloaded into the app. Once downloaded, open the “My Schedule” area to accept your invitations and build your full event schedule.
