In late January, Multivista market owners from around the world gathered in Vancouver, Canada, to connect in person, share lessons learned from the field, and celebrate the launch of Hexagon Multivista, a recent consolidation of all Hexagon’s construction technology companies into a single, unified, full-service entity.

“Our boots on the ground have always been one of Multivista’s greatest strengths,” says co-founder and CEO Luis Pascual. “Being able to talk with, listen to, and learn from experienced professionals from over 70 major construction markets is so unique. Some of these owners have been working in construction technology for two decades. Their insight is so valuable.”
The two-day owners’ meeting included an opportunity for regional Multivista owners to learn about new technology and developments coming in the year ahead, as well as a chance to discuss industry trends, challenges, and victories with their peers. That “hive knowledge” continues to deliver benefits year after year.
“As relatively new Multivista owners, networking with the other owners and corporate staff is invaluable,” says Patrick Armstrong, who acquired Multivista Houston in 2025. “We made great connections, shared wins and losses, and just further developed our network and our ability to help our customers in Houston.”
“Understanding what my counterparts are doing differently, or better, is very important to me,” says Mark Oldenquist, who opened Multivista Ohio in 2013. “These meetings may be even more valuable now than those early days due to the added technology and overlay resources now in place.”
Some of the technology and overlays featured at the 2026 gathering included upgrades to the Multivista Documentation Software (MDS) and new workflow efficiencies for teams in the field. However, once again, the biggest news remained the launch of Hexagon Multivista, which brings together more technology and services to deliver unified solutions for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations industries (AEC).
Top AEC services, under one roof
“Multivista has always handled the capture of digital jobsite data,” Pascual says. “We invented that in 2003. Now as part of Hexagon, our network of franchises are able to offer a seamless experience from capture to digital model creation to analysis.”
Pascual adds that bringing a full suite of Capture, Create, Analyze services together under one roof will help solve architecture, engineering, and construction pain points such as technology overload, fragmented workflows, and lack of ROI clarity. “There’s no more need to juggle vendors, book multiple meetings, login into a bunch of platforms, or contract out dozens of point solutions,” he says. “Bringing all your services together as Hexagon Multivista reflects years of growth, culminating in a structure that delivers comprehensive services under one trusted brand.”

And the global Multivista network of reality capture experts provides a solid foundation for all these services. “For over twenty years we’ve seen how our industry appreciates working with someone locally,” Pascual says. “In markets around the world, Multivista teams are on-site working alongside project teams every day. We have people, presence, and proven expertise. Being able get everyone together in person each year to tap into the expertise of our network is always amazing. It sets everyone up for the year ahead.”
