We’ve enhanced your ability to review progress and as-built conditions with 360 Photo in the Multivista Documentation Software (MDS) with a recent feature update, side-by-side viewing mode for all your 360 Photo documentation.
Whether you want to verify work completed, track progress over time, or conduct non-intrusive audits of what was installed behind walls or underneath concrete, our new 360-photo side-by-side viewing mode provides an effective process to get actionable insights with just a few clicks.
How to access the side-by-side viewing mode:
1. Open a photo in the MDS
2. Tap the view mode control
3. Choose “side-by-side” mode
4. The two photos will then be shown on screen with synchronized navigation and zoom controls
5. Use the calendar controls on either side to change dates, or simply tap the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard to cycle through different dates
6. The left and right controls on either side of the screen will shift the photos to a different location on the floorplan while keeping the dates unchanged
7. You can also change the location with the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard
8. Unlock and lock the side-by-side synchronized navigation as needed
