(Barcelona, Spain – 11th September, 2025) – Multivista, part of Hexagon, today announced its official expansion into Spain with the launch of two new franchise locations in Madrid and Barcelona. This marks Multivista’s first presence in the country and enables the company to deliver its full suite of construction documentation and reality capture services across Spain, Portugal, and France.
The newly created franchises are led by Daniel Biagi, a civil engineer turned construction business leader with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation across the AECO industry. As co-founder of Voyansi, Biagi has positioned the company as a global powerhouse in BIM services and now brings that expertise to Multivista’s expansion in Southern Europe.
The acquisition was finalised on September 1 and aligns with Multivista’s global strategy to deliver high-value, centralised construction intelligence to new markets.
Multivista’s offerings in the region will include photographic milestone documentation, 3D laser scanning, BIM modelling, drone mapping and LiDAR, live webcams, Builders Risk security, O&M video training, and analytic reporting—all accessible through a centralised, cloud-based platform.
“We’re excited to be expanding our digital services in Southern Europe. By creating a digital record of the entire construction process, we help teams save time and money while also reducing their environmental impact,” said Daniel Biagi, new owner of the Southern Europe franchises. “Whether it’s using the data to make better resource allocation decisions and keep waste to a minimum or identify scheduling issues before they become expensive problems — it’s about giving construction teams the information they need to make smarter decisions and support long-term business growth.”
Customers in Spain, Portugal, and France can now expect the same high level of customer care Multivista is known for globally, with expanded services tailored to the region’s construction needs. Whether working on residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial projects, clients will benefit from enhanced transparency, efficiency, and long-term operational insights.
The launch of Multivista Spain is supported by Voyansi, a strategic partner in the region, and reinforces Hexagon’s broader mission to drive innovation and sustainability in the built environment.
