Current Multivista franchise owner of San Francisco and San Jose market expands to include the East Bay.
Phoenix, Arizona, December 1, 2015 – Multivista, the leader in visual construction documentation services, announced the opening of its newest franchise location in the East Bay, California. Acquired by Andrew Duffell, the current owner/operator of Multivista’s San Francisco and San Jose markets, the new franchise office will offer its innovative photo, video, and webcam services to the construction and facilities management industries located in the Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Since 2003, Multivista has grown to operate in more than 50 major markets worldwide and, since 2009, has contracted on over 1.5 billion square feet of projects.
The Multivista East Bay Franchise area will serve the major Northern California cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Richmond, Hayward, and Fremont. “As the current owner of the Multivista San Francisco/San Jose market, expanding our services into the East Bay was a natural progression,” said Andrew Duffell. “Northern California has experienced renewed economic growth in the last few years, and in particular, the Bay Area continues to be the hottest economy state-wide. There is a lot of new construction in the region and we are very excited to be a part of it.”
Andrew Duffell has been with Multivista’s San Francisco/San Jose franchise office since it opened in 2010, and in April 2011 purchased the franchise office from its original owner. Andrew’s industry expertise, knowledge of the Bay area, and his existing relationships with local clients will facilitate a seamless expansion into the East Bay. “As with San Francisco and San Jose a couple of years ago, the East Bay is on the precipice of exponential growth both in the multi-family, education, and commercial markets,” explained Andrew. “The area is teeming with development opportunities which we will begin to see more of in 2016 and beyond”.
