Multivista Ventures to Kentucky with New Location
PHOENIX (June 26, 2012) – Multivista, the visionary documentation technology firm, proudly announces the launch of its newest franchise location – Lexington, Kentucky! The Lexington location is the first to open in the state.
Multivista’s team in the Midwest is thrilled to be extending the Multivista service to the Lexington construction community.
“This expansion into Kentucky is a great opportunity for a team that has experienced success in Ohio for nearly five years now,” said Mark Oldenquist, a Senior Regional Partner of Multivista, who has been involved with Multivista since 2008 when he opened Multivista’s Columbus, Ohio location. Since then, Oldenquist has opened Multivista franchises in Cleveland and Cincinnati.
Leading the efforts in this Kentucky market is Multivista Sales Associate, David Potter. With more than six years of construction industry experience, Potter was drawn to Multivista’s system based on his previous experiences in the industry.
“I was really impressed to see the Multivista System because I realize how much time, money and frustration the visual as-builts could have saved the project team on the renovation projects I was on,” said Potter.
The Multivista team in Lexington, based at 214 Eastover Drive Frankfort, KY has already had the opportunity to expose local construction professionals to Multivista’s state-of-the-art documentation system.
“We have had the opportunity to work with many construction firms and management companies such as Codell, DW Wilburn Construction, Morel Construction Company, Messer Construction, Murphy Graves Architects, Omni Architects, Ross Tarrant, Turner Construction, and the Alliance Corporation,” Oldenquist said. “We look forward to building new relationships within the Lexington area.” he added.
Construction professionals in Lexington are already seeing the value of Multivista documentation on their construction jobs.
The team is currently documenting projects for clients including the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Scott County Schools, University of Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky University, Western Kentucky University, The Speed Art Museum, Lexington Shriners Hospital, and the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs.
