When/How did your Multivista franchise get started?

The Salt Lake City Office opened in 2014 to answer demand from the construction professionals working on the SLC airport, many of who had experience working with Multivista in other areas. After successfully documenting every square inch of that project, word of the value of our services has spread across the state. Based in Salt Lake City but providing our services statewide, our team manages a full suite of technologies that help stakeholders maintain accountability while keeping risk, delays and budgets down.

What industries does your franchise location most commonly work with

We serve the entire spectrum of construction stakeholders across all build types. This includes healthcare, higher ed, residential condo, apartments, hotels, casinos, municipal and governmental, horizontal (roadwork, airport, light rail, bridges/interchanges). Multivista brings value to anyone who builds anything.

Testimonials

Multivista has taken our former stale and hard-to-find-or-navigate project photos, and has transformed them into cataloged, organized tools and has effectively created a process that are not only being used by construction, claims and quality assurance teams, but for our property managers for years to come.
J. Ryan Bevan, President Construction, Gardner Company, Recent Projects: Summit Vista, Pluralsight
This is the 3rd project I have used Multivista, and I can’t image not having them on my projects, and can’t say enough good things about them. The team is great to work with. They respond immediately to calls, and have never let us down when ask to document a specific installation ASAP. We have used them for Site Progression, Exterior Progression, Subgrade Waterproofing Exact-Built, Exterior Exact-Built, Pre-Slab Exact Built and some sensitive site documentation issues. The information captured was carefully documented and easily utilized. Navigation on this site is simple , and when communicating with other team members the export layout showing the photo with the site plan, floor plan Locator, and annotations is a favorite of our whole team. Recently we contacted Multivista to fly a drone, and document crush piles on our site. This feature saved us weeks of survey and calculation time. I highly recommend Tim Brand, Trevor Muhler and their whole team. They really get the job done!
