In just a single year on the job capturing the digital reality of construction milestones and progress for Multivista clients, Frankie Ambler has become a consistent top performer.
In September 2022 alone, Frankie led all her colleagues with 22,798 construction photos captured and uploaded to Multivista’s cloud-based platform within 24 hours to provide clients and their teams with quick and easy access to as-built documentation of exactly how their projects are coming together. At year’s end she sat comfortably in second place overall among our global network of over 270 documentation specialists.
“I am very organized,” she admits when asked for the secret to her quick rise to the top. “I check my routes and make notes to stay efficient. “I suppose my only tip for others is to be friendly and talk to the site managers on job sites. I don’t waste any time looking for where new work has been done or what I need to capture, I just maintain good lines of communication with the teams on site. That definitely speeds things up.”
Frankie is also quick to pass praise onto her colleagues. ““I have a great team that trained and supports me,” she says. “I already recommended my best friend come work here. I like not being locked in an office all day and being in a position where I can have a bit of freedom to learn and progress—digital photos, laser scanning, 360 photography, and now I’m learning UAV/drone skills too. This industry is always evolving and that keeps it fun.”
