President & Chief Executive Officer
Luis Pascual, in his role as President and CEO, serves to drive innovation at Multivista and provides the vision to maintain the company’s position as the leader in its industry. Luis brings a deep understanding of complex logistics and provides a foundation of leadership to Multivista, which has enabled him to build a strong management team around him, both within Multivista Systems and amongst our network of Multivista franchise owners.
A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Pascual co-founded Multivista after exiting previous successful ventures in the construction industry and has since been the driving force behind Multivista’s success. With a keen eye for industry requirements, Luis Pascual is dedicated to fostering the next generation of information solutions for the fields of construction and facilities management. Mr. Pascual was educated at Queen’s University and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
David Stadnik is responsible for financial management, strategic planning, interdepartmental coordination and implementation of national growth initiatives. Mr. Stadnik leverages legal and financial expertise in the construction and development industry to assure that Multivista’s national relationships are as mutually beneficial as possible. Mr. Stadnik operates out of the U.S. based headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, where he also has oversight of the Southwest regional markets.
Prior to partnering with Multivista in 2007, Mr. Stadnik transitioned out of a five-year litigation practice in Los Angeles, California, into a Commercial Real Estate Development company in Phoenix, which he founded. He remains a shareholder and serves on the Board of Directors for the affiliate asset companies created by the award-winning boutique developer. Mr. Stadnik has a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from the University of Arizona.
Chief Technology Officer
Graham Twigg is responsible for directing Multivista’s information technology strategy. Mr. Twigg has been with Multivista since co-founding the company in 2003. During this tenure he has overseen the development of successive generations of web application software, culminating in the enterprise-level construction documentation platform that Multivista offers today.
Prior to founding Multivista, Mr. Twigg worked in the field of advanced composite materials engineering, where his primary focus was performing computer numerical modeling for the aerospace industry. Mr. Twigg has a Bachelor’s of Applied Science from Queen’s University, a Master’s of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of British Columbia.
Chief Accounting Officer
Wade Shaw is involved in the financial management of Multivista Systems. Mr. Shaw was instrumental in defining the Multivista business model, bringing knowledge and experience developed through a construction management background that included developing properties in both Canada and the United States under his own companies.
Prior to joining the founding Partners in 2003, Mr. Shaw saw notable success as an entrepreneur. In 2006, Mr. Shaw was a recipient of the coveted Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40 awards, recognizing young and bright local entrepreneurs. While a graduate from Simon Fraser University, Wade credits much of his business acumen to his late father and mentor Douglas E. Shaw, a much respected and successful lifelong businessman
Chief Brand and Marketing Officer
Jason Stadnik is responsible for developing and growing the Multivista brand-identity across the more than 60 U.S. and Canada markets in which Multivista currently operates, and across the Construction Industry as a whole. Mr. Stadnik has utilized his diverse background and extensive experience, which includes Business Marketing, Brand Development, Commercial Real Estate Development, Commercial Art and Advertising, Fine Arts and Graphic Design, to establish Multivista as a nationally recognized brand.
Prior to partnering with Multivista in 2007, Mr. Stadnik spent nearly ten years working in Design and Advertising for local, national and global clients across multiple industries, including a tenure as an Art Director at BBDO – a global powerhouse in the Advertising Industry. He then partnered with brother, David Stadnik, where he led Marketing and New Project Development for an award-winning CRE developer. Mr. Stadnik has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Arizona, along with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
