Our Scan to Plan Packages

Our Scan to Plan Process

Step 1: Capturing the data

Multivista scanning professionals visit site and perform 3D Laser Scanning with our powerful Leica Geosystems scanners.

To learn more about the benefits of 3D laser scanning, check out our Guide to 3D Laser Scanning Technology.

Step 2: We analyze and process your data based on your unique needs

Multivista will use your point cloud data to create AutoCAD (DWG) and/or PDF plans. Choose from our 2D CAD Architectural drawing packages including Floor plans, Ceiling plans, Exterior Elevations, Building Sections and more.

Step 3: Leverage your CAD drawings to make informed decisions and complete projects faster

Base your project on accurate, real-world data, rather than relying on inaccurate field methods or outdated existing plans. Save time, reduce errors, improve collaboration, and maximize efficiency with precise field intelligence that you can take anywhere.

Heritage Case Study

Heritage Case Study

Alfred I Dupont Building, Miami

To help with the heritage building analysis, Multivista performed 3D Laser Scanning of the exterior facade of this historic structure.

Using the point cloud data, Multivista provided RJ Heisenbottle’s team with 2D CAD drawings along with the online TruView viewing tool that helped their design teams to visually inspect the entire building, including roofs, virtually and understand exact elevations and key architectural details.
