Finished Interior Exact-Built™

Exact-Built™ photo sets serve as “visual as-builts” which are performed at critical milestones during construction. They offer a higher concentration of photos and perspectives than the Progression shoots and/or focus on details of particular interest or importance to the Client.

Finished Interior Exact-Built™

At Certificate of Occupancy or other “finished” milestone as the Client designates, all walls, ceilings and floors in their post-inspection, completed condition are documented in exceptional detail.

At completion date of your project (liquidated damages, tenant move-in, etc.) we will come in and photograph every floor, wall and ceiling so you have a record of the condition of the facility at completion. This will help you with warranty issues, outstanding punch list items, proof of project not being complete and the ability to eliminate finger pointing on who did what and what was not complete by the finished date.
