Phoenix, Ariz. – Multivista, the global leader in photographic construction documentation, announced last week the launch of its new locations in San Diego, San Francisco and the South Bay area.
True to the Multivista mission, the new locations will bring California’s construction industry what has been repeatedly called the best practice for construction documentation.
Mr. Luis Pascual and Mr. David Stadnik, Multivista CEO and COO, respectively, have been the driving force behind the long-awaited California expansion. Says Mr. Stadnik:
“We are already working with many top California contractors and developers in our other markets throughout the nation. It was only a matter of finding the right leadership to service these valued clients, and new ones, in both Northern and Southern California. We are excited to have found those leaders.” Stadnik added that they were deep amidst talks with the team expected to handle the coveted Los Angeles market as well, although this is not yet official.
In San Diego, Stadnik has assembled a team of vested engineers and marketing professionals who collectively will bring over two decades of professional construction experience to the Multivista team. They have named Mr. Paul Meinhardt, a construction sector sales veteran of over 11 years, as Director of Sales and Marketing for San Diego and Imperial Counties.
The San Diego team believes that the concept of Multivista is a perfect fit with construction today:
“As engineers who have been involved with construction for over ten years, fighting change orders for numerous reasons and battling with subcontractors over the ‘who did what, and when?’, we recognize that this tool will resolve most conflicts before they reach the owner’s door,” the San Diego principals said.
The San Diego team was fully geared up to demonstrate their service at the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Conference in San Diego last week and already have several jobs lined up.
Driving San Francisco, the principals there have assembled a team with exceptional business development experience and excellent market knowledge:
“This market is under-served when it comes to construction quality innovation and solutions. I jumped at the opportunity to bring a market leader like Multivista to the bay area”, stated the new San Francisco principal.
In addition to Healthcare, the San Diego and San Francisco locations will target California’s underserved vertical markets such as Military, Higher Education, and Hotels/Resorts.
To date, Multivista has over 200,000,000 square feet of awarded projects nationwide.
Multivista utilizes actual interactive architectural files as a housing, navigation and indexing interface for periodic and milestone “just-in-time” digital images of an entire live construction project. Multivista client project managers can then “walk” the project viewing every wall, ceiling and MEP system as if they were actually on site. To pinpoint specific issues, images are also cross-indexed by both time and location. At the project’s completion, you have a high resolution “X-ray” of the walls, floors and ceilings throughout the project. Thus, the system quite literally delivers transparency.
