Multivista Grows Presence in Midwest With Newest Location

Phoenix (July 21, 2010) – Multivista, the best practice in construction documentation, is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest franchise location, Multivista – Iowa.

Multivista Iowa marks the seventh location in Multivista’s Midwest region, and the 5th new market opened in the U.S. in 2010.

A construction technology that emphasizes information and collaboration through superior documentation, Multivista Chief Operating Officer Michael Harvey explained: “Trusted partners. Client-side Reinvestment. And a commitment to improve our service and software, literally, every day. That is our growth strategy.”

And it appears to be working. While construction starts remain at record lows throughout every sector, Multivista’s demand-driven expansion has landed locations in upwards of 40 major metropolitan areas since its entrance into the U.S. in 2006.

“The construction sector is still reeling in most markets and stakeholders are as cautious as ever about their investment. That is where we come in.” Added Russell Bollig, the ten-year construction veteran now at the helm of the Iowa market. Mr. Bollig partnered with seasoned Multivista principals Donald Cate and Richard Noble of Multivista Minnesota.

“We are excited about expanding our business and footprint with the newly formed partnership in Iowa,” said Mr. Cate.

Citing projects across several vertical markets including Jumers Rock Island Casino, the Aviva Corporate North American Headquarters, Drake University’s Turner Jazz Pavilion, and Iowa State University’s Recreational Center, the Midwest trio noted that they were already off to a great start after a soft opening a few months ago.

“The construction industry stakeholders in the region enjoy a synergy which our technology allows them to fully capitalize on. It only made sense,” said Iowa partner, Rick Noble, “Next stop, Milwaukee.” He added.
