Q: How do I access Multivista Mobile?
A: Visit Multivista.com and click the ‘Client Login’ button at top. If you are on a mobile device you will automatically be sent to Multivista Mobile.
(For one-click access on your mobile phone, try the “Send to Phone” feature.)
Q: Is this an App? Do I need to install it?
A: No – there is nothing to install. Multivista Mobile is a web application which runs through your device’s native web browser.
Q: Can I download this from the Apple App Store?
A: No. Because Multivista is a web application rather than a native iOS app, it is not available through the Apple App Store.
Q: How do I add an icon to my Home Screen on iPhone / iPad?
A: Click on the ‘+’ button from within Safari and select ‘Add to Home Screen’.
Q: What features of the Multivista Documentation Software are supported in Multivista Mobile?
A: Multivista Mobile allows you to view floorplans, slideshows and photos, all tied together using Multivista’s proprietary indexing system. Advanced features such as TeamTalk, Photo Exporting and Activity Searches are not currently supported.
Q: I have a ’device X‘ . Will Multivista Mobile work on it?
A: Due to the large number of devices on the market, it is impossible for us to guarantee that all features will work identically on all devices, but that won’t stop us from trying. If Multivista Mobile is not working on your device contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll see what we can do to improve your experience.
